This class is designed to help seniors safely improve their overall physical fitness and mobility. Through a combination of strength training exercises and functional movements, we will help you increase your mobility, balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination.
While flowing through this workout, we will decompress any tension we build up through active recovery. Our experienced instructors will provide modifications and adjustments to ensure that each exercise is safe and effective for seniors of all abilities.
